FREE Online Mindfulness Program for Adolescents (12-17 year olds)
Provisional psychologist Sabina Lunja at Victoria University and colleague Stephen Dale will be convening a 5-week program starting the week of 6/9/21. The sessions will be held over Zoom and go for about an hour each week. The participants are aged between 12-17 although at the moment the group is between 12-14 years old. The group will be capped at 9 participants.

– awareness about mindfulness practice
– the benefits
– skills and techniques
– interaction with adolescent peers
– begin to develop self-regulation techniques
