Cross Country Trials 1.15pm – 3.30pm (optional)

Optional enrolment into Cross Country Trials from 1.15pm to 3.30pm at Travancore Park.
This event is for students who are interested in joining the Cross Country team for 2023. This is not a compulsory event and these try-outs will replace our annual whole school Cross Country carnival.
All students will attend periods 1-3 as per normal and have an early finish. Those students who would like to try out for the team will remain onsite and walk with supervising staff to Travancore Park to complete the trials between 1:15pm to 3:30pm.
As per previous years, students who finish in the top five for their age group will progress to represent Mount Alexander College at the Moonee Valley Divisionals in Term 2.
Student have been given access to a Google Form on their Compass Portal in order to express their interest. This form must be completed in order to participate and will close this coming Thursday 16 February. Students will then be added to an event where a parent/guardian will be notified to provide consent.
A Compass reminder to students and parents/carers will be sent on 10 March.
