Student Led Conferences

March 16 @ 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

Due to current restrictions we are unable to hold onsite Student Led Conferences. In lieu of this we are running Semester One Parent/Teacher interviews via Zoom. The interviews are scheduled for Wednesday March 16 from 10.00am to 6.00pm. Normal classes will not run at school and students are encouraged to attend the Zoom meeting.

Interviews are strictly 5 minutes and spaces are limited. If you require more time with a particular teacher and/or require an interpreter, please arrange a separate meeting by contacting the staff member via Compass. If you have concerns for your child’s wellbeing, please contact your child’s Mentor, Head of House, Lynn Bentley, Carmel Nielson or Clark Mitchell.

Before the interview day
Make sure the device you are using has a camera and microphone. Cameras must be turned on at all times. An appropriate device for Zoom can be a laptop/computer, smartphone or tablet such as an iPad. Please find the link to download Zoom  – https://zoom.us/download. Further instructions including meetings IDs/links for staff will be published early next week.

Please note that the following staff are not available for interviews – Graham Morgan, Louisa Xia, Deborah McCormack, Jonathan Newmarch, Sumaia El Sayed. Parents can contact these staff directly through Compass.

Bookings are now open under the Community module in Compass – “Conferences” or via the link on the dashboard.
